Summer program grants from the Saskatchewan Library Association helped cap off a busy summer for the Luseland Library. We caught up with Library employee Kate Hughes who was eager to share on everything they've been up to this summer.
Thanks to the grant the local library was able to bring out Danny Kazam and his Young Wizards' Camp for 24 engaged participants. Kids made their own magic hat and learned some magic tricks, and then Kazam put on a wonderful show for any other interested community members.
"The kids loved it and their parents were grateful to have such a wonderful program for their kids this summer."
The magic event in August was their biggest event of the summer.
